Please meet Delilah!  She came to us with Morty and Clemintine when their owner suddenly passed away.  Delilah is about 6 years old and she is a long hair mini dachshund.  

Delilah is a happy little dog that loves a good comfy bed to stretch out in!  She is friendly and lovable, her tail is always wagging and it looks like she is smiling.  She is a little lazy girl and needs to be encouraged to go outside or else she will just sleep away in her bed.  She does know what to do outside but also uses potty pads.  She is a great little walker on a leash although she is a slow walker - she is not a dog that is going to want to explore the neighborhood!  She does great in the car and is happy to go on adventures that way instead.  She loves to be loved on and loves to be brushed.  She is a long hair dog so she will need regular grooming throughout her life so please keep that in mind.  She is not good with cats.  Nope - hates them.  Kids would be fine as long as they are older and respectful.  She is not going to play with them - she just wants to be the chubby little lap dog she is.  Delilah loves Morty very much and we would like to find them a home together if possible. 

Delilah is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also had mammary tumors removed and has had a dental.  Her adoption fee is $450
