This handsome, silly boy is Apache!  He is about 8 years old and weighs 6 pounds.  Apache is a beautiful brindle Chihuahua.  He was adopted from Pixie Mamas about 6 years ago and recently returned due to lack of time.  We are sad that his life was disrupted but we will make sure he has a great forever home going forward!

Apache is just a typical Chihuahua!  He loves to sleep all day long!  Apache is good with other little dogs but he doesn't 'need' to be with them.  He pretty much snoozes in a bed in the kitchen all day long.  He goes outside and is also using potty pads.  He walks on the leash and is crate trained but we gate him in the kitchen at night.  He is gentle and sweet with the most endearing little tongue hanging out of his mouth!  Apache loves to be a lap dog and will enjoy sitting with someone on the couch.  He is fine with the house cats in his foster home.  He does bark at strangers but stops when corrected.  He is just a sweetheart that could stay here forever if there weren't so many other dogs needing rescue!  Apache would be great for a senior home.  He is just a nice little guy that you will hardly know is in your house!  What's one more?? :-)

Apache is neutered, up to date with his vaccines, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated, microchipped.  His adoption fee is $175 but we will reduce it to $150 for a senior to senior adoption.  Please apply on our website if you are interested.
