Please meet Misty!  She is a westie/poodle mix we think.  Around 4 years old and weighs 10 pounds!  She was a stray dog that was never claimed at the City Shelter and she found her way to Pixie Mamas. 

Misty is a sweet sweet little girl!  She is shy initially but easily won over with treats!  She is gentle but a little timid, she needs someone to give her time and work with her to trust.  It will not take long at all!  Misty is crate trained and housetrained - she uses papers/pads too. (please expect accidents as she adjusts to her new environment).  Misty is working on her leash skills - she is doing better and is getting the hang of it but will need more practice!  Misty is very good with other dogs and has no issues with cats.  She is fine with kids but they need to be respectful of this little lady.  She is very good in the car too and likes to go for rides!  Misty came to us with some lumps and bumps on her face and belly.  The ones on her head were removed and they came back benign so no worries about that!  The ones on her belly the vets think are from her not being spayed and should shrink now that she is.  She is happy and healthy and a great little dog!

Misty is now spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated, microchipped.  We had the bumps on her head removed and biopsied too and she is clear to be adopted!   Her adoption fee is $275 to help pay for her medical expenses.  If you are interested, please apply online!
