12/1 update!  Billy Dee's adoption fee has been sponsored and now is $100!!!

This handsome fellow is Billy Dee - as in Billy Dee Williams!  Well when Billy came to us, he was not so handsome.   He had a lot of medical issues.  His skin was in horrible condition, open wounds and sores.  He had almost no hair on him!  He may not get all of his coat back but he is so much better then when he came to us.  He was neglected for a very long time.    After months and months AND MONTHS of testing and treatments, Billy Dee is finally ready for his new home and life!

Billy is a friendly boy!  He gets so happy and excited when he knows he is going somewhere and loves to get attention from new people!  He just wants to be pet and loved, something that did not happen much for him in his past.  Billy is crate and leash trained - he loves to go for walks!  He is great in the car and loves to go for rides too.  Billy seems to be housetrained but please expect accidents while he adjusts to a new routine.  He has no issues with other dogs- he is not up for playing though, he is a lounger!  Cats are fine too.  Billy would be fine with kids as long as they are respectful of him!  He would be fine in an apartment.  An older person(s) or a quiet home would be ideal for Billy. 

Billy Dee is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm neg, flea/worm treated.  He has been given a dental, had a hernia and cyst removed too.  We will give all details and information on his skin condition upon serious interest  - it is just too much for his profile!! Billy Dee's adoption fee is $200 - this does not even make a dent in his vet bills but it is something to help.  Please apply online if you are interested in giving Billy the home, family and love he always deserved!!
