Poppy is a tiny, adorable little chihuahua (mix??) girl!   She is about 1 year old and weighs only 6 pounds!  She is just adorable and super sweet too!

Poppy came to us via a local shelter that knew she needed to be in a home out of the kennels.  She was very scared there!  She was initially timid with her foster family but so wanted to be with them - she followed them EVERYWHERE!  She really wants to be held and pet - a total lap dog like most chihuahuas!  She is a bit timid initially but will warm up quickly.  She likes people and is a little shadow to her foster mom!  Poppy has no issues with the other dogs in her foster home - she will play in the yard with them.  No problems with cats either.  She is crate trained and appears to be housetrained (paper trained too for the small breed owners out there!).  Older, calm kids are best for her if any at all.   She would be a great companion to someone who needs a good friend!

Poppy is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated.  Her adoption fee is $200 - please apply online!
