This adorable little dog is Penelope!  We believe she is a mix of Affenpinscher/Shih Tzu -just a best guess.  She is around 2ish years old and weighs 9 pounds.  Penelope is all black with a great flash of white on her head - super cute!  She was found as a stray and taken to the city shelter where she was not happy at all! But now she is in foster care, looking for a her forever home!

Penelope is a total lap dog - she will find her way to your lap any way she can!  She likes people - she is happy getting attention and affection.  She is good with other dogs - very playful and loves to run and wrestle.  she has no issues with the cats in her foster home either.  Penelope is leash and crate trained.  She appears to be housetrained but expect accidents and you will need to keep her in a good routine.  Penelope is a total little sweetheart and she will just charm you to pieces when you meet her!

Penelope is now spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested neg, microchipped, worm/flea treated.  Her adoption fee is $275, please apply online if interested!
