This adorable little guy is Milo!  Milo is a Peke/Shih Tzu mix, very sweet and very cute!   He was recently surrendered by his owners to a shelter because they were no longer able to care for him and the shelter staff felt he would be better in a rescue - so here he is!  Milo is about 10 years old, yes a senior dog but with the heart of a puppy!  Milo is active and certainly does not act his age! 

Milo is leash and house trained.  He does not like the crate!  He is good with other dogs and fine with cats in his foster home!  Milo is friendly to everyone and is always up for going for a walk - in fact he will even go and get his leash for you!!  Milo would be fine with a fenced yard or being walked.  Milo will need regular grooming, he has a long coat so please take that into consideration if you are interested in making him part of your family.  He would be a great older person or couple's dog - someone not looking to train a puppy!  He is a plug in dog - all ready to go!  Milo is very young at heart and has  more years ahead of him - please do not let his age discourage you! 

Milo is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested neg, microchipped, worm and flea treated.  He was also given a dental, just to clean his teeth no extractions.  He is a happy healthy boy!  Milo's adoption fee is $150.
