Whitney is a 4 year old female long hair dachshund.  She is mostly black with just a little bit of brown!  Whitney was surrendered because her owner had gone into the hospital and would not be able to care for her after she is released.  Whitney bonds quickly to people and she loves to be held!  The first thing she did was crawl into her foster mom's lap and bury her head in her coat!

Whitney likes other dogs and we think she should have another one in her new home so she has company!  She is fine with cats so far.  She is leashtrained and seems to be house trained but please expect accidents as with any new dog in any new situation! 

Whitney is now spayed, up to date with her vaccines, microchipped and tested neg for heartworm.  She is ready for a new home for the holidays!  Her adoption fee is $250 - please apply online if you are interested in making this pretty girl part of your family!
