Trinity's Sponsorship Page
1/9 - UPDATE & New Pictures Trinity has proven to be a social butterfly! She loves people and loves to get attention and affection from them. She will let strangers pet her once she gets her bearings in a few minutes. Trinity has been doing wonderful with her housetraining and is a very good dog in the house. She will still need a fully fenced yard as she is still not leash trained. I think Trinity would be able to walk on a leash someday and could probably learn it in a short amount of time if someone is willing to try. But for her safety we will ask that she be in a fenced yard at this point. Trinity loves to be outside in the snow - she loves to roll around and play in it, especially if another dog wants to play too. Trinity is a friendly, happy girl who will make a great pet to the right person! Please apply online if you are interested in adopting her! Trinity is a beautiful sheltie that came to us from a retiring breeder. Trinity was used to spending most of her time outside and in kennels where she lived with many other shelties. But she has now become a house dog! She is still shy in new situations and loud noises (like vacuums!) make her nervous. But if you are patient and willing to work with her, Trinity is a wonderful dog! She has not had one accident in the house and she is crate trained! Trinity is not leash trained so at this point she will need a fenced yard for her own safety (NO electric fenced please). We would also like to place her in a home with at least one other dog so that she has a playmate and companion to help teach her things. She is starting to play with toys, she really loves when we throw the ball for her. Trinity is a wonderful young dog who is sweet and affectionate - you can see how much she loves attention. This dog LOVES to be pet and scratched! Yes she will be a little nervous and skittish at first but once she is used to the situation, she will be OK. She is great with other dogs and really likes to play with them, she has no problems with cats and kids will be fine as long as they go slow with her until she is used to their fast movements. Trinity is spayed, up to date with vaccines, heartworm tested neg and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $275.
