Daisy

7/13 update - Daisy is doing very well in her foster home!  She is very affectionate and likes to follow her foster mom everywhere she goes.  Daisy loves to play with toys and will pick one out for the day and it keeps her happy.  Although she loves to play with the other dogs in the house, she can be bossy sometimes.  Daisy is very good in her crate - she eats and sleeps in there.  She loves the leash and is a great walker!  Daisy is spayed, up to date on all of vaccination, microchipped and tested neg for heartworm.   If you are interested in adopting Daisy, you can find our application under forms!

6/17 - Pretty little Daisy!  This little dog is an owner surrender.  She was purchased on Craigslist  and her new owner did not realize how much time dogs need so she was surrendered to rescue where she will find a forever home!
Daisy is a sweet girl.  She is a small 8 pounds, pure white and in good health.  Daisy walks very well on a leash and is crate trained too.  Daisy likes older kids but not the toddler types (too grabby!).  She is good with other small dogs but she can get a little rough when wrestling so no delicate playmates for her.  Daisy likes to follow her foster mom wherever she goes and is always ready to jump up and take a spot on her lap!  We consider Daisy housebroken (you need to expect accidents with small dogs in new situations though).  Daisy is let outside often and is crated when we are not home.  She would really love a home where someone is there often and will give her lots of attention.  A senior citizen or semi-retired home would be great for her.
Daisy is now spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped and tested neg for Heartworm.  She was also recently groomed - please remember that this breed will need regular grooming and that is an additional expense of caring for a dog that needs to considered before adoption!  (We get too many matted, dirty long haired dogs in rescue because people cannot afford to take care of them properly.)
Daisy's adoption fee is $225
