Hello! My name is Cosmo Kramer, affectionately named after the character on Seinfeld because when I am not napping on the couch I am bursting with energy and want to visit with all of my foster friends. I love to play and wrestle with my foster brother and cuddle with my foster mom. My foster mom can't believe I found myself in a shelter because every time I leave the house, people stop to tell me how beautiful I am! I get along great with kids and other dogs. If you love to walk then I am your guy! I love to visit with my neighbors and prance along the sidewalk. I travel great in the car and am crate trained. I am working on my potty training and my anxiety when my mom leaves the house. I would love a family of my own to love!
