Yay!  Aura is finally ready for adoption!  This little cutie was born in our rescue last October - her brother and mom found their happily ever after but Aura's was put on hold due to having a cherry eye.  We had to wait until she was at least 6 months old to get it corrected.  It was recently done and now she is all set to go.  Aura is a chihuahua mix that weighs about 7 pounds.  

Princess SnugglePants should be this girl's name!  She loves to cuddle and snuggle with her foster mom and is always down for a nap.  That is a great way to bond with Aura too as she can be initially shy with new people.  But if you nap with her a few times, she is all in.  Aura is still a playful pup with other dogs in her foster home.  She is doing well on housetraining now that the weather has become Chihuahua friendly!  She will also use pee pads regularly.  She likes to be outside in the yard but does not go out on her own yet - you have to carry her.  She has a fully fenced yard currently and likes to explore.  She is crate trained or gated.  Aura does not have any experience on a leash though.  She will bark at cats but it is only because she is scared - her foster mom's cats can be jerks and like to mess with her.  Aura's foster mom would love another little dog in her new home but it is not required as long as Aura gets lots of love and attention.  Aura is super sweet - just what the doctor ordered in these crazy times!    

Aura is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and she had a cherry eye surgery.  Her adoption fee is $400
