Bam Bam, Bammer, Alabamar Slammer - whatever you want to call him, please meet our newest senior to grace Pixie Mamas!  Bam Bam is 13 years old and a chubby wubby boy of 12  pounds!  His owners were forced to give him up after loving him for a long time - we were not going to let this guy stay in the shelter any longer then he had to!  We know senior dogs do not do well there and we know A LOT of people love seniors!

Bam Bam has wonky back legs, we are not quite sure why.  Due to his age, there is not much we can do.  He is on supplements and should stay on those to help.  He gets along just fine - going up stairs is sometimes hard but he will let you pick him up and help!  Bam Bam likes to lay in his bed under a blanket, keeping an eye on the world.  He is fine with other dogs (no big dogs - they could hurt him!) but does not want anyone in his face too much.  He's old and that is to be expected.  He is fine with cats.  Kids should be respectful, he is a senior and isn't going to play.  He seems to be housetrained and will also use pee pads.  Bam Bam would love a retirement home - and someone that wants to let him be his old man self!  

Bam Bam is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm neg, and wormed.  He has also been given a dental!   His adoption fee is just $75 - please apply on our website if you are interested in Bam Bam!
