Rocco's Sponsorship Page
Please welcome Rocco to Pixie Mamas! He is a 4 year old Lhasa/peke mix. He is very new to rescue but what we know is he was an owner surrender as family was moving into an apartment and could not take him.
Rocco lived with small kids and was said to be good with them. He is being fostered with both dogs and cats and he gets along fine. Family said he is housebroken and crate trained and so far has done well in his foster home. He is super cute and is a total lap dog just showering you with kisses anytime he can. Rocco walks well on a leash and is very happy to go for a ride. In the car he cried initially and jumped around but settled fairly quick. Family stated he growled at strangers and he has also exhibited that behavior in his foster home but he is easily corrected. Please know that he will require regular grooming probably every 6-8 weeks and frequent brushing in between.
