Hello Handsome!  This gentleman is Mookie!  Mookie is from the Houston Floods - a tiny little old dog wandering around with a big black lab.  So many animals have been displaced because of the floods and they need the rescue friendly North to help them out!  Mooks is around 9 years old and a mere 6 pounds.  

Mooks is a sweet boy.  He spends his days snuggled up on the office chair - very happy if his foster mom happens to be sitting in it!  He gives her a little bit room at the edge!  He loves to be outside - he goes every time he is out!  He is very good on a leash and is crate trained if needed.  Mooks is fine with other dogs and has no issues with cats in his foster home.  He would be a good addition to a quieter home looking for a companion, someone to take walks with and talk to!  He is a great listener!  Mookie is a loving little dog that would love to make you happy.  Please don't let the grey muzzle dissuade you - he is ready to give you years of love and friendship!

Mookie is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm neg, flea/worm treated and has been given a dental.  His adoption fee is $200 - please apply on our website if interested!
