Ruffy is a handsome 7 year old Bichon/Poodle mix.  He weighs about 23 pounds.  Ruffy's former family surrendered him because they did not have enough time for him anymore.  We promised Ruffy that we would find a family that had lots of love for him!  Ruffy is what we call a plug in dog - he is all ready to go!

Ruffy is very nicely trained.  He is leash trained and walks very well.  He likes to go for walks in the neighborhood!  He is crate trained but does not use it as he is very trustworthy.  Ruffy is house trained too!  Please give a little adjustment time though.  He knows basic commands and is calm and well behaved.  He really likes toys!  He likes to play fetch with a ball too.  Ruffy loves chewies and will spend an entire day playing with them and rearranging his collections! Ruffy would be a great dog for someone who wants an already trained companion.  He would love a home where they will take him for walks and throw a ball for him too!  Kids would be fine if they are older we think.  Ruffy would be ideal for an older person or couple that just want a little buddy to hang out with! 

Ruffy is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated, heartworm tested neg and has been given a dental.  He has also been groomed and will need regular grooming throughout his life.  Ruffy's adoption fee is $250 - please apply online if you are interested in making him your new best friend!
