This handsome guy is Termite!  He is just under 5 pounds and about 4 years old - a beautiful long hair Chihuahua that was recently surrendered to Pixie Mamas.

Termite is a sweet boy.  Termite has luxating patellas which makes his back legs a bit wonky.  He can walk, do stairs, run and play but his back legs wobbly.    He is very good with other dogs but will speak his mind when necessary.  Termite is crate trained and will walk on a leash but prefers to wander around the yard.  He is doing well on housetraining but will need time and training in his new home!  He also uses potty pads.  Older kids only if at all.  He does not have any issues with cats.  Termite is very good in the car.  He is smart and eager to please!

Termite is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated and he has been given a dental.  His adoption fee is $275 to help with his vet care costs.  If you are interested in adopting Termite, please fill out an adoption form on our website!
