This lovely little man is Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater!  He is about 3 years old and 14 pounds.  Peter was an owner surrender to the city shelter and very very scared there.  We scooped him up and brought him home so that he could find a new family!

Peter is a very nice boy!  He is a fast learner and eager to please his person!  Peter is crate trained and has just been recently leash trained.  He is doing very well on his housetraining but please expect accidents as he adjusts to his new living situation and routine.  Peter likes other little dogs and will run and play with them in the yard!  He is ok with larger dogs too and will stick up for himself if they get too pushy.  He is gentle and affectionate.  Very sweet once he gets to know you and trusts you.  He was not socialized in his past home so he can be shy initially.  But once he warms up, he is a gem!  Peter would do best with older kids that will give him a little time and space.  He is fine with cats too.  He does well in the car!  Peter will be a great addition to a family, a great companion and friend.

Peter is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $200 so please apply online if you are interested in making Peter part of your family!
