Magnificent Marley!  This handsome fellow is a mini dachshund, about 4 years old and 12 pounds.  He was an owner surrender to a local shelter - they needed some room and we scooped Mr. Marley right up!

Marley is a sweet guy - typical doxie  - he loves to sit on your lap, behind your back and anywhere he can touch you!  He likes to bury himself under blankets and keep warm on chilly spring days!  Marley likes to walk on the leash and walks around the neighborhood are fun because who doesn't like a wiener dog!  Marley is crate trained and doing well on his housetraining in his foster home too.  He needs a little time and patience in a new home to learn the routine.  He likes to be outside too so that helps.  Marley is good with other small dogs.  He has not been tested with cats but I would predict he is a typical dachshund with them.  Kids are fine (10+) and they need to be respectful to his small stature and big loving personality.  Marley is good in the car and likes to go for rides!

Marley is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $250 so please apply online if you are interested!
