Handsome Oreo is now ready for his forever home!  He is a 4 year old shih tzu mix -- we think!  He is bigger then most at 26 pounds, a nice medium size dog.  A perfect size!

Oreo is a great dog - what we call a 'plug in' dog.  He is sweet, friendly and just a happy boy.  Oreo is leash trained and crate trained.  He is also housetrained (please expect accidents as he adjusts just in case!)  He is very good with kids.  Oreo is good with other dogs and likes to play and run with them.  A fenced yard would be nice but not required.  Oreo is good in the car and really enjoys going for rides.  Oreo would be a wonderful companion and a great family dog.  He is a sweet, playful gentle boy and he would love to have a family or friend to call his own!

Oreo is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated.  He came to us heartworm positive but we saw him through the treatment and is now heartworm free!  His adoption fee is $250 to help contribute to his vet costs - please apply online if you are interested in making this guy part of your family!

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
