This handsome, sweet fellow is Rupert!  He is about 2 years old and a Chihuahua mix.  Rupert was a stray dog in the city and we took the little guy in when no one claimed him!

Rupert is a playful dog - he loves other dogs and really likes to play & wrestle with them!  he is also playful with people and very very loving and affectionate too!  He is always up for a belly rub!  Rupert is fine with cats - he may chase a little to see if they will play!  He is leash trained and crate trained!  Rupert is doing well with his housetraining - he is recently neutered so please expect accidents as he adjusts and gets used to his new home and routine.  Rupert is so sweet and loveable - he will roll over for a belly rub any chance he gets!  Kids are fine as long as they are respectful of him!  He loves to be outside too - he is just a nice little boy that would love a family to take good care of him!

Rupert is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated and ready for a new home!  His adoption fee is $200 so please apply online!

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
