Please meet Missy - a 1  year old long hair Chihuahua!  She is a tiny beauty only weighing in at about 5 pounds.  This pretty little girl was an owner surrender to a local shelter and they asked us for help - of course we said yes!! 

Missy is so sweet!  A typical Chihuahua, she loves to be with her person and on their lap if she can!  She is crate trained and doing well on her housetraining - she also uses pee pads!  Please expect accidents, after all she is a Chihuahua.  Missy is learning the leash, she has not quite mastered it.  So for this reason, we are looking for a fully fenced yard for her. She will need continued work on her leash skills though!   Missy is also learning how to go down stairs - she can do up just fine!  Missy is fine with other dogs, she is bossy and likes to be in charge!  She is ok with cats, a chase here and there but most cats are bigger then her so I wouldn't worry about it.  She likes people!  Older kids only please - 10+.  

Missy is now spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg and flea/worm treated.  She is ready for a new home!  Her adoption fee is $375 - yes it is more then normal but she is highly adoptable!  A young Female, long hair, TINY  pure bred Chihuahua  - FULLY VETTED!  We just have too many dogs in our rescue that have very high vet bills and not so adoptable that we need to take of too.    Please apply online if you are interested in adopting little Miss Missy!!
