Lucky is a 4 year old male maltese that was surrendered due to moving.  His owner was an older woman and could not take him with her where she was going - kinda sad.  But here he is - waiting for a new home and family to love him forever!

Lucky is a nice little dog, affectionate and sweet.  He likes to be with people and will follow his foster mom around all day!  Lucky is leash trained and crate trained but prefers not to be in the crate for a long time.  Lucky seems to be house trained but please expect accidents - he was just recently neutered.  He has been around kids most of his life and does fine but the kids should be kind and gentle with him!  Lucky likes other dogs and is fine with the cat in his foster home although I don't think he really knows what it is.  Lucky has a long coat that will need grooming every couple of months.  Please consider that cost if you are interested in adopting him.
