This tiny little man is Marvin - a sweet poodle that was left in a parking lot and then taken to a local shelter.  No one claimed the little one and the shelter staff that he would get better care in a rescue so here he is!

Marvin is a senior, probably 8 or so years old.  He is only 6 pounds!  Marvin is cheerful and perky - he LOVES to be with people and other dogs!  Marvin is a typical lap dog, he could stay there all day if you let him.  Martin's back legs are a little wobbly.  He has luxating patellas in both knees but he can get around just fine!  Our wonderful vet gave him a clean bill of health and suggested we start him on Cosequin which we did!  There is nothing we can do about his knees but it does not slow him down and it gives him a unique little walk.  Marvin is just too cute.  Pixie Mamas likes those little old dogs that wouldn't have a chance anywhere else!  Marvin is crate trained, leash trained and doing well on his house training.  He should have a belly band or potty pads though if being left for a long period of time until he gets into a good routine.

Marvin has been neutered, microchipped, brought up to date on vaccines, de-wormed and heart worm tested neg since coming to Pixie Mamas.  We are only asking $75 as his adoption fee.  We hope this helps getting our little man a home!
