Please meet Dana - as in Great Dana compared to a little chihuahua!  This gal needed a rescue to help her because her owners did not realize how much time and work a puppy could be.  Thankfully we have a great foster home to take in bigger dogs and that loves those pups!  We are not sure of the breed mix Dana is, we know that there is probably some pit in her.   Dana is 4 months old and weighs in at 27 pounds right now!  She is an active girl who loves to play and wrestle with other dogs.  She loves toys and she really likes being outside.  A fenced yard will be needed for Dana because she has no leash skills yet.  Dana is very very friendly, she loves everyone.  She has lots of energy and if she had an active playmate to help her burn this energy up, that would be great too.  This beautiful girl would love a home with kids so she can cuddle and play with them!

 Dana is doing well with the crate training and we are working very diligently with her housebreaking.  She is still a puppy though so it is not 100%.  She does uses papers though when given the chance inside.  Because Dana is still just a pup and is working on these skills, she will need a home that can let her outside often.  Dana is very curious and interested in everything so you can not just leave her out and about in the house - she will need to be crated when you are not there for her safety and your sanity! 

Dana is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, dewormed  and heartworm tested neg.  She is ready for her new home!  Her adoption fee is $200.
