8/2 - this little cutie is Oscar.  He is a sweet little guy, only 1 year old. Oscar is crate trained and walks well on a leash.  He seems to be housebroken but please expect mistakes.  Even the best dogs have them!  Oscar likes to be around people, he is not pushy though.  He will just sit and watch you wherever you are just to make sure he will not miss it if you leave!   Oscar is mostly black with some white markings.  His coat is at a nice length now, not too long or short.  Oscar will need grooming every 6-8 weeks for the rest of his life - please take that into consideration if you are interested in a long hair dog.  Oscar was given up because his owner decided having a dog is just too much responsibility.  He would love a home where he has another small dog to keep him company. 

Oscar is new to rescue and we are still just getting to know him.  He is a Shih Tzu, maybe a mix.  He is about 1 year old and weighs around 10 pounds.  He is black with white markings.  Oscar is neutered, up to date with vaccinations, heartworm neg.  Oscar will need regular grooming every 6-8 weeks and that is something you need to consider if you want a long hair breed dog.
