Luann is ready to find her forever home!  She is a fun & feisty 2 year old English Bulldog and weighs a mere 43 pounds!

Luann is a very typical bulldog - like we said she is feisty! She is also smart, playful and very affectionate.  But like a typical EBD, she is stubborn, high maintenance and wants to be the center of attention or more like the universe!  Luann gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home but can definitely be a bully with them. Luann likes to be the boss!  She plays hard and other dogs have to get used to the bully form of play!  She can be aggressive to new dogs and will not hesitate to go after them.  She has no issues with the cats in her foster home - they love bulldogs! Luann loves people and is good with older kids. 

Luann walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks.  She gets very excited when she sees her harness and leash.  She is good in the car also.  Luann is pretty healthy for a bulldog - she does have some skin issues right now that we believe were from a past flea problem  Her coat is coming back but she will need regular baths - which she loves.  She has a bit of a cloudy eye, probably from an infection that was never treated.  There is no discharge and we found OTC eye meds every couple of days work well.  Luann has deep wrinkles on her face that must be cleaned daily.  They are high maintenance dogs and not cheap to care for!  If you are not an experienced bulldog owner, please do some basic research on their care and needs.  It is a good idea to speak to your vet also so you are fully prepared to care for the breed.  

Luann is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $650
