Kit is ready for her new home!  This lovely little lady is a yorkie mix, about 4 years old and only 10 pounds.  She is a Texas native but already loving NY!

Kit is an easygoing dog.  She is calm and not a high energy girl.   She is never far from her foster mom.  Kit lays quietly at her feet while working and follows her when she gets up.  She waits patiently for bedtime and sleeps at the foot of her foster mom's bed. 

Kit appears to be housetrained with no accidents in her foster home.  She walks very nicely on a leash and enjoys an afternoon walk.  She currently has a fully fenced yard and likes being outside with her foster mom for garden time!   She is good with other dogs but doesn't want to play or roughhouse with them.  She is more of the lap dog type!  She has picked up toys and chewies on her own to play.  She does very well in the car also.  Kit would love a quieter home where she can spend lots of time being doted on!   

Kit will need regular grooming every couple of months so please keep that in mind if you are interested.  

Kit is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  She was treated for heartworm disease in Texas and will need to remain on monthly heartworm prevention for the rest of her life.  Her adoption fee is $450
