Learn more about the Chihuahua.

Little Miss Mia is available for adoption!  This tiny little lady is about 7 years old and only 5 pounds.

Small and mighty is this little one's motto!  She is a fun and feisty little dog.  Mia lives with a couple of other small dogs in her foster home and loves them.  She is quite playful too and does not act like she is 7 years old!  Big dogs make her nervous though, and due to her tiny stature, she will not be placed with a large dog.  She has been around cats briefly and did fine.   Kids 12+ will be ok as long as they are respectful of her small size!  Mia is leash and crate trained.  She is working on her housetraining though and will need reinforcement in this department. But she is a chihuahua and if you know the breed, this is not a surprise lol!

Mia is a cuddly little dog who loves sleeping in her foster mom's lap as she works.  She is a typical chihuahua that will cuddle with her person or another dog to stay warm.  It does take a bit for her to warm up to new people, so please understand there will be an adjustment period.  She can be a dramatic girl and will give a squeal for no reason.  This may be something from her past.  We do know she is healthy and not in any kind of pain.

Mia is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $400
