Gorgeous Gracie is ready to find her new home!  Gracie is a Shih Tzu Poodle mix (ShiPoo).  She is about 4 years old and weighs 12 pounds.  Gracie was recently surrendered from a breeder and we are very excited to be part of her new life as a pet!

Gracie is a happy girl that has adjusted well to her foster home - she has other dogs to show her the way and that has been a huge help!  Gracie has learned to go up and downstairs to get outdoors and she has learned some commands like "outside" and "house" to go in and out for potty time!  She does potty outside but also uses pee pads indoors - it is all new to her so accidents will need to be expected and additional training will be required.  Gracie is still a little hand shy with people but she is still learning.  She follows her foster mom around and likes to watch her work.  She is calm but also playful with other dogs!  She loves to be outdoors too - we suspect she did not get much sunshine in her former life.  Gracie is not leash trained at this time so she will require a fully fenced yard (no invisible fences) in her new home.  She would do best with another small dog to help her adjust.  Gracie does well in her crate and can also be gated in a room.  She is not destructive  - she does like chewies and toys to play with though!  Gracie has been groomed and did really well!  She will require regular grooming throughout her life so please keep that in mind if you are interested in adopting her.  She has been around cats and did fine but will bark on occasion if they are wandering the house at night.  

Gracie is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also had a dental.  Her adoption fee is $450
