Little Miss Ella is ready for her new home!  This tiny lady is a feisty chihuahua mix, about 1 year old and only 7 pounds!  Ella is a Texas transplant and she is ready to tackle NY head on!

Ella came to us with a warning that she may be temperamental with other dogs - that they may scare her.  Well, we found out that Ella is not scared of much!  She is a bossy gal - making sure everyone knows she is in charge (or so she thinks!).  

Ella is a happy little dog in her foster home.  She likes to be outside, weather permitting of course!  She is going to have to get used to this NY weather though.  She knows she is supposed to potty outside but will also use pee pads in her foster home.  She does not walk on a leash at this time - she has a fully fenced yard in her foster home.  Ella does well in her crate.  She has been introduced to kids 12+ and has done wonderful with them. She is a true little lap dog  - if she sees an empty lap, she quickly fills it!    Her favorite spot is behind her foster mom's back while she works.  Ella is a lover of belly rubs too.  She loves to be picked up and held!  Ella can be a barker - usually at the other dogs and strangers though.  She has gone on a couple of car rides with her foster mom and has done well.   She loves to get treats and her tail is non stop when she knows it's that time!   Ella likes toys and chewies.  She has a fun, playful way about her that will surely blossom when she is in her forever home.      

Ella is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested  neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $400
