Jack Russell Terrier / Mixed (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Baby : : Small
Learn more about the Jack Russell Terrier. These adorable little Jack Russel Terrier mixes were dumped in a high kill shelter in Texas. The last of a litter nobody wanted! They are four months old, about 10 lbs and the cutest little girls! So full of spunk and and SO DARN SMART! Little Divas in their own right! Anyone who has ever owned a JRT knows exactly what we are talking about. We can’t imagine why no one would want them! They are so fun and so sassy! Garnet is a great mixture of sugar and spice. She can hold her own in any wrestling match that her sisters throw at her! She can also then get in your lap and look at you with those soulful eyes and melt your heart with the love you see in them.
Garnet is working hard on potty training but struggles to make it through the night. She tends to wait until the last minute to let you know so by the time you get to her, more often than not, she’s already gone. We are sure with a little more time and a regular routine she will figure it out. She is just a baby after all.
One of Garnets favorite things to do is go in the kiddie pool. We’re not sure if it’s the water she likes so much or the fact that she can get in and out on her own. Either way, she uses it often throughout the day and would love one in her new home. These girls are very energetic and playful. They get along with other dogs and cats in their foster home. They absolutely love kids! They have not been introduced to the leash yet but we are certain they will catch on quick as they have with everything else so far! If you think one of these girls are a match for you please apply! Garnet is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated. Her adoption fee is $400
