Learn more about the Labrador Retriever.

Betty is the perfect mix of playful puppy and snuggler! At about 4 months old she’s alnost 20 pounds so she’ll be a decent sized girl once she’s full grown.  She is a beautiful lab mix that came to us from our rescue friends in Texas!

Betty loves playing with her fur foster siblings but can be content tossing a ball around by herself. She also loves to play fletch and run around the yard. She is learning how to walk on a leash and is mostly housebroken but, like a toddler, still has accidents when she’s too busy playing to remember to go to the door.

Betty is crate trained and is often found taking a nap in there when she needs a break. She also loves to sleep in bed with her foster sibling for naps and when she wakes up during the night.

She is a quick learner but Betty is still a puppy so she needs someone with patience who will work on her puppy manners and training. She seems to be getting past the biting stage but still nips especially when she is tired or overstimulated. Typical puppy behavior!

If your family is ready to help Betty find her forever home, apply today!

Betty is spayed, up to date with age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  Her adoption fee is $400
