Mama Minx came to PMR on Christmas morning with her litter of pups after the transport she was on got stuck.  Minx looks like she has Cairn terrier in her but we cannot tell her breed mix for sure.  She is a leggy girl though!  Her coat looks scruffy but it is soft.  We believe she is about 2 years old and weighs around 20 pounds. 

Minx is a fun loving, active dog!  Her favorite game is fetch and she will play all day if you keep throwing the ball.  Like we said, she is leggy and she loves to run.  She will play outside all day if you let her.  Minx walks on a leash but she has a fully fenced yard in her foster home so she may need some touch up on that skill.  She is crate trained too.  Minx has a big bark so apartments would not be appropriate for her.  She will bark to wake up her foster mom to let her know she is ready to start her day!  Minx is a cat chaser so a no cat home would be best.  She also chases the vacuum cleaner so it could all be just a game to her.  Minx is doing great on her housetraining - please expect accidents and some adjustment time though.  Minx loves to play with other dogs.  She is young and active and would love someone or a family to keep her moving.  She does settle down to snooze but if you are ready for some play - she is your girl!  We know her puppies will get a ton of applications but we hope someone has a soft spot for the mama.  

Minx is scheduled to be spayed on March 11th and will not be adopted until she is.  We are accepting applications now though.  At the time of adoption, she will be spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $400
