Teddy is now available for adoption! This 4 year old terrier mix travelled all the way from Texas to find his forever home.

Teddy’s goal in life is snuggle up with his people. He follows his foster mom and dad around waiting for them to sit down so he can cuddle up next to them. He has been diagnosed with epilepsy and will need to be on medication for the rest of his life. It is approximately $10/month. He is doing well with the medication and his seizures are being controlled. He is doing well with potty-training but it will need to be reinforced in his new home. Please expect some accidents at first. He is very smart and quickly picked up his foster family’s routine. He doesn’t need to be the center of your attention but wants to be in the mix. He would make a great companion dog. He has been living in his foster home with another dog and is doing well, however he does get a little food and toy possessive. He does like to be the head honcho. He is living with children and is very sweet with them. He is learning the basic commands of “come” and “sit” and is very treat motivated.
