Are you looking for a dog that wants lots of belly rubs and snuggles? Maggie might be the girl for you! She’s a 9-year old who weighs about 20 lbs. She’s a beautiful Shih Tzu with flowing grey and white fur. After Maggie’s mom passed away, Pixie Mamas was asked to find her a new loving family. 

Maggie is a sweet, loving girl who loves to snuggle with her people on the bed and couch. Maggie can jump on couches and chairs with great ease, but she finds beds to be a bit too high for her. Luckily, she loves to be picked up and carried! Maggie is still getting used to using stairs but she is picking this skill up quickly. She enjoys going for car rides, walks, and chasing bunnies in the yard.  She enjoys the independence of exploring the fenced-in yard at her foster mom’s home though a fence is not required. Maggie gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and she would likely do well with older children. Maggie does not like to be crated but she does well behind a gate.   

Maggie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested negative for heartworm.  She has also been recently groomed!  Maggie will need regular grooming throughout her life so please take that into consideration.  Her adoption fee is $350.
