Sugar & Spice & Everything Nice – that is what this little Lady is made of!

Lady came to us when her owner was no longer able to care for her.  Her hair is a silky cream color with dark, tree-bark colored overtones.  She has luxurious hair – not fur.  Lady is a Yorkie mix, and Yorkie’s have hair like humans.  This means she will need to be groomed in order to stay this lovely.  

Lady is missing her right eye.  This has not hampered her navigation in her foster home at all.  She has no trouble finding her food dish, she gets up on the couch to watch out the front window with the other dogs, she climbs the steps up to the big bed when night comes – she is well aware of everything going on around her.   Plus, her hair is such a fluffy mop, it camouflages her scar nicely.  At first glance, it is hard to tell if perhaps she is just rocking a 1980s new wave punk rock hair flip!

Lady is very refined, delicate, gentle and dainty.  She does not feel the need to race around the yard with her fur foster siblings.  She is beyond such nonsense now.  She would rather sit in the shade and watch them, while being petted by her person.  She does well on a leash and loves to ride in the car.  All who meet her are instantly smitten – one person actually asked if she was a stuffed toy as she was coming up to us!  Now that indicates a major level of significant cuteness!  Lady adores being noticed and thrives on being the center of attention. 

Lady is learning about potty pads in her foster home since her foster mom works.  She prefers, however, to potty outside and has been spotted standing by the door when she needs to go out.   She is not a big barker – but will let you know if someone is coming near her home.  She makes her point, and then she is quiet. 

Lady is a beautiful senior girl looking for her forever home.  She wants to be held, cuddled and carried around with her person – going to a coffee shop, window shopping, or just sitting together quietly and listening to the birds in the park.  Senior dogs have much to offer and the family that gives her the opportunity to show them how wonderful she is will not be disappointed.  With the beauty & grace of Lady Diana and the loving, free-spirit of Lady Gaga - this little fur baby is a true treasure.  

Lady is spayed, up to date with vaccined, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also been given a dental and was recently groomed.  Her adoption fee is $250
