Rat Terrier / Mixed (medium coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Young : : Small
Learn more about the Rat Terrier. Tami is ready for adoption! She is about 1 year old and 9 pounds. We think Tami is a Rat Terrier mix - she has a bit of a scruffy coat though too. Whatever she is, it certainly is adorable. Tami is still young and learning in her foster home. She is picking things up fast and has already learned to sit! She is very playful with other little dogs and just loves to wrestle. Toys are a big hit too. Tami is good with cats but is more scared than anything. She just wants to avoid the bully cats in her foster home! Tami is working on housetraining - she loves to be outside so that helps. She has a fully fenced yard in her foster home and since she is not leash trained, it would be best for her to have one in her new home too (no electric fences). Tami hasn't been tested with kids to our knowledge but we do not think there would be an issue. She is smart and sweet and just wants to be loved. Anytime you are giving attention to another dog, she jumps right in for her share! Tami is spayed, up to date with vaccines, flea/worm treated, microchipped and tested neg. for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $400
