Sweet Suzanna - what a life you had.  Suzanna was an abuse case from a shelter.  She was very very thin and her mouth so swollen from infections.  Suzanna is 8 years old and weighs just over 5 pounds.  She is very delicate and we are hoping for her to gain some more weight.  Don't worry sweet girl - we will find you the perfect place to spend your days!

Suzanna will need a special home that understands tiny dogs and their needs. Suzanna does not need a lot - just a very comfy bed and a warm blanket to snuggle under.  She is very sensitive about collars and harnesses and cannot wear them - she is terrified of them.  She sometimes cries out if you move to fast to pick her up or too fast when you are near her.  She can only do one stair so her foster mom carries her outside.  She knows what to do when she is out there and always does her business fast.  Then she hurries to go back inside! Suzanna does not do much in her foster home  - all she wants to do is be under her blanket.  She doesn't come out often - just when she's hungry or has to go potty.  She loves food but is a picky eater at times.  She recently had a dental with extractions so she needs softened food.  She will take a piece and run back to her bed to eat it.  We let her eat as much as she likes as she is still very thin,   Suzanna is good with other small dogs but is a loner at most times.  Cats are no issue.  No kids though just so they don't scare her.  She is good when you hold her but she rarely asks for affection.  Suzanna is very sweet and deserves a gentle home to take of her for the rest of her life. 

Suzanna is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She also has had a dental.  Her adoption fee is $350
