Learn more about the Chihuahua. Long long legs and great big ears! That's our Fawn! This tiny little girl is about 8 years old and only 6 pounds. Left at a shelter, this girl needed to be saved and saved she was. Now she all ready for her new life to begin. Fawn is a beautiful little dog. She is white with tan on her ears and undercoat. She is so soft! Her legs are crazy long and she looks like she would be heavier but is surprisingly light. Fawn is a typical little chihuahua - she loves to cuddle and snooze her day away in her bed. She is getting used to this crazy NY weather so warm blankets are a must for her in her new home. She is good with other dogs and will lay with her foster siblings. She mentioned that a friend would be appreciated in her new home but not required. She is fine with cats. Fawn does well with going outside, even in the cold but she should have potty pads too as another option. Please expect some adjustment time. She does have a fenced yard in her foster home and that helps with the desire to wander and take her time to do her business. Fawn is crate trained and walks nicely on a leash. Kids would be ok as long as they are respectful and not rough with her. She is quiet and content just being warm and loved. Fawn is good in the car and enjoys sitting shotgun going through the drive-thru to get some food! She is not asking for a lot - just a home that will love her forever and not throw her away again. Fawn is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm. She has also had a dental and a small mass removed from her leg. Her adoption fee is $350
