Purty little Casey Baby - what a perfect Southern Belle, straight from deep in the heart of Texas...but don't let the outside fool you - she has the heart of a Northern Snow Princess beating inside!  As soon as her tiny little paws hit our snow, she was off & running.  Bounding through the drifts, sliding across the ice as she chases her sisters, and never hesitating to go outside in the cold to go potty.  She had this WNY weather licked from the second she arrived.

Casey Baby is a 2 year old chihuahua mix - perhaps some pug in her, given the typical flipped up curl of a tail & the deep set wrinkles across the bridge of her nose.  She has dark, soulful eyes and velvety-soft fur the color of toasted marshmallows - golden brown with bits of white on the tips of her paws and down the front of her chest.

She loves to ride in the car and turns on the charm in the Tim Horton's drive thru.  She knows her name & comes when she is called.  She is working on her leash training right now.  She is also working on her house breaking.  She has only made a few mistakes - and they were by the back door leading outside.  She hasn't quite figured out how to signal that she wants to go outside to potty just yet.  Not perfect, but certainly progress!

Casey is shy at first, hesitant with new people.  She pulls back & observes a bit before she gets close.  Once she has determined for herself that she is safe, she warms right up and turns into a cuddle puddle in your lap.

Casey loves to be held, loves to burrow under the blankets, loves to be petted and fussed over.  She will race you to the couch for a nap just as easily as she will race you across the lawn in a game of tag.  

She gets along great with the other dogs in her foster mom's house - from the 13 year old senior queen in residence right down to the dogs her own age.  She has a wonderful disposition.  Calm, patient, thoughtful, happy & excited to learn new things.  She has alot of love to share in her little body.  She would be a perfect addition to any home.

Casey is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $350
