Little Miss Winnie is a spunky 2 year old Chihuahua that is just too pretty for words. She has a smooth brown/tan/white tri colored coat and weighs about 5 pounds, she is a little one. She came from a home that had too many dogs and she was very pregnant when she was rescued. She had her pups in foster care and they have since been adopted and now it is Winnie’s turn. Winnie does great on her housetraining but in colder weather prefers the potty pads (very typical for a Chihuahua). She does NOT do well being confined and is very vocal about it. Winnie wou,ld like  another young little dog to keep her company and active or someone home all day. She is playful and energetic with the other little ones here and we do not want to take that away from her. Poor Winnie has been through so much already she just needs someone that wants to give her lots of attention and love! Winnie is spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped and heartworm negative. She is housetrained in my book but she will need a fenced yard at her new home (no electric fences please) because she has never been on a leash. She is good with older kids, other dogs and really does not mind the cat

•  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

• We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
