Silly little Tux!  Isn't he the cutest?  He is a 2 year old poodle - mix, we think cockapoo, weighing about 13 pounds.  Tux came to us from Texas and we are excited to be part of his journey to find a new home.

Tux is very playful and fun!  He has lots of energy and likes to play with other dogs.  He likes toys and chewies too.  Cats are no issue.  Kids are fine too, just as long as they are respectful.  Tux walks well on the leash.  He is working on his housetraining and he is recently neutered so that should help.  He has a fully fenced yard at his foster home and likes to be outside.  Tux is still mastering being in a crate but is improving every day.  He knows basic commands too!  Tux likes people and is friendly.  He does bark a bit especially when he is scared but will settle down if put in his crate.  Even though Tux has lots of energy he settles down nicely and likes to cuddle.  He sleeps on his foster mom's chair when she is working - all snug as a bug!

Tux is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm. He also had some baby teeth removed when he was neutered.  Tux has been diagnosed with a low grade heart murmur that will need to be checked when he goes for his annual check ups!  His adoption fee is $350.  Please apply on our website if you are interested in making Tux part of your family!
