Handsome Rex is a 5 year old min pin mix that was surrendered to a local shelter due to his owners expecting a new baby.  Yeah.  He was scared at the shelter and needed to be back in a home so off to Pixie Mamas he went!

Rex is a velcro dog for sure!  He follows his foster mom all over.  He is happy go lucky, a good listener and a well behaved boy.  He is nicely crate and leash trained.  He appears to be housetrained but we always tell people to expect some adjustment time.  He loves to be outside and loves to run and play.  He does very well with other dogs and has little interest in the house cats.  Rex loves to go for walks and likes seeing the sights of the neighborhood.  He has lots of love to give!  We have no clue why this practically plug in dog would not be wanted anymore but we are happy to find him a home to love him forever!

Rex is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $350.

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
