Brie, the mama to the cheeseheads, is ready for adoption! Just 10 days after having her puppies, Brie and her pups found themselves left outside, in the blazing summer heat of Texas, locked in a small crate with no food or water. Our rescue partners immediately stepped up and took everyone to the vet for medical attention. Mama Brie was a trooper! She made sure all her babies were safe and had enough food. Once they were well enough to travel, they made their way to WNY, where we know they will find the most loving home possible!

 

Brie herself is just a baby. She is a 1-year-old terrier mix. She’s full of energy and love and is eager to please. She absolutely adores everyone she meets, regardless of their age. Brie loves to play with all members of her foster family, including the other dogs. Brie is great in the car, and excellent on the leash. Brie will play with her toys but then cuddle on the couch while you watch TV. Brie is crate trained but is not a big fan of it. She’s perfectly content to stay gated off in the kitchen while you are away. Brie is mostly housebroken, but accidents will happen as she adjusts to your routine. All she wants is a person to love and to love her in return. She is a fun-loving dog and will fit into just about any home. Since Brie loves to run and play outside, she would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard where she can run a few laps when she needs to burn off some energy. She also needs someone who doesn’t mind being showered in doggie kisses, the kisses never stop. Brie is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $350
