T-Bone Walker - what an adorable little puppy he is!  This beautiful blue boy is 4 months old and not even 5 pounds.  He is a chihuahua/dachshund mix. 

T-Bone is a great little cuddler!  True to his breed mix - he loves to be on your lap and now that it is getting colder, don't you need a little dog to keep you warm?  He is playful and friendly.  Another little dog would be nice for him to be with but not required.  He is working on his housetraining but he is still a baby and will need additional training in his new home.  He has a fenced yard in his foster home so leash training will take some time. T-Bone also uses pee pads.  He is fine with kids (8+ due to his small size) and no issues with cats.  

T-Bone is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  He has been diagnosed with color dilution alopecia which is chronic and irreversible.  Management includes keeping the hair and follicles clean with baths.  His coat may or may not get worse.  Currently, he has a thinning coat and some dry skin.  T-Bone's adoption fee is $400

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.   
 
  • We initially contact potential adopters via email with any additional questions or concerns. Please check your spam/junk folders.  

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
