Maisy is a 5 year old chihuahua with velvety soft fur the color of French vanilla ice cream.  She has the most relaxed attitude & laid back vibe.  She is happiest when she is being cradled in your arms, snuggled up safe & warm.  She also has some serious curves on her…our Miss Maisy is a fat-bottom girl from the great state of Texas.  She has been in WNY for a month or so and had no problem adjusting to our unpredictable WNY weather.  She wants to go outside, rain or shine.  No potty drama. 

She is working on potty pads in the house while her foster mom is at work – we are not quite there yet.  Sometimes she misses.  She is not perfect, but she is definitely improving every day.  She walks well on a leash & seems to enjoy a car ride.  She rides in the passenger seat like she is riding in the back of a stretch limo.  She rocks her doggie seatbelt like it is a beauty queen sash.  Poised & polished like a true diva.

She does well with other dogs as long as affection is not involved.  If she sees another pet approaching & she is on your lap, she isn’t happy that her love-fest is being interrupted and will make sure the other dog knows she is in charge.  She would do best as an only dog in the home or if her doggie brother/sister was the submissive type.  There is only room for one queen bee in her kingdom – and that queen is Maisy!

Maisy is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $350
