Please meet the big guy Newt!  This gorgeous boy came all the way from Texas in search of his forever home! He is a 3 month old Anatolian Shepherd/Lab mix!  Newt is already 25 pounds and will grow to be an XL dog!

Newt is a fun loving pup!  He is a very sweet dog, affectionate, playful and loving. He  is not totally housebroken but is doing very well - please expect additional training and some accidents as he adjusts to a new home and schedule.  Newt he is still a very young puppy so he will need all puppy training in his new home.  He is crate trained and his foster home is working on his leash skills.  he is doing great!  Newt likes to be with people and is very social and fun! He loves toys and likes to take them all at once so no one else can have them.  He is very "chill" and would love a family to continue to spoil him. 

Newt is going to be a large boy as Anatolian Shepherd’s can reach 140 lbs so please make sure you have the time and space for a dog this size. The breed is a working dog so they will need plenty of exercise!  We will not adopt to apartments due to his potential size.   We also strongly suggest potential adopters do their research on the breed and to expect to take their new puppies for formal training to make them well behaved adult dogs. Newt is neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $350
