Learn more about the West Highland White Terrier Westie.

Sweet Marcy Mae. She too is a recent breeder surrender to us and we are so happy to be able to help her find a home!  Marcy is 6 years old and weighs about 16 pounds.

Marcy is like most westies, active, playful, and smart as can be. She is a little more nervous around new people, but quickly warms after a couple days. Her favorite thing to do, remove all the stuffing out of the toys and slowly remove the fuzz from the outside of it. Marcy will throw the toys in the air, catch them and then roll around with them in her mouth. She is truly entertaining. Marcy Mae is crate trained and still working on her house breaking. She has some fears, like walking in and out of the door, but she will let you pick her up with no problem. And slowly she is getting more and more confident with the door, she just requires someone with time and patience to help her adjust. Marcy is always nearby her foster family. She does a lot of  sitting and observing their actions. She does come up and asked to be pet and loved on. Once Marcy is comfortable in your home, her tail never stops wagging. If you think you have the home to help Marcy Mae continue to grow in her new life, make sure you apply today!

Marcy is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also been given a dental.  Marcy has been recently groomed too - she will need regular grooming throughout her life.  Her adoption fee is $350 - please apply on our website!
