Who can resist this face?  Please meet Cardi!  She is about 1 year old and 7 pounds.  Cardi was a stray in Texas and never claimed.  We know we can find her a new forever home in Buffalo!

Cardi has lots of puppy energy!  She loves people, dogs, cats - everyone!  She's always ready to go go go and play play play!  She really likes her toys and food and thinks everything should be all hers.  Her foster mom is working with her on this and she is definitely improving.  Sometimes they just need to know there are rules.  Cardi loves to play fetch!  She is working on housetraining - she is not a fan of the cold like most chihuahuas.  She is not a fan of the crate either, but loves to snuggle and cuddle under the blankets!  She is walking on a leash.  

Cardi is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $350

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.   
 
  • We initially contact potential adopters via email with any additional questions or concerns. Please check your spam/junk folders.  

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
